After a claim is fully reviewed, a highly trained member of the MedPic team will conduct an assertive negotiation by phone with all appropriate healthcare providers to secure the cost adjustments. Once the negotiation has been finalized, the revised payment information is put into a signed binding contract between MedPic and the healthcare provider(s). This information also is documented in a re-pricing statement sent to our clients.
